Debex has a full-time Health & Safety Director whose responsibilities are to develop and implement a safety program to educate and influence employees through policies, practices, procedures and training. Areas of focus are principles of construction safety and health, safety communication, hazard recognition, evaluation and control, personal protective equipment, safety inspections, OSHA 1926 rules and regulations, ergonomics and employee involvement.
